My name is Mari Rangel, Certified Birth & Postpartum Doula and Certified Lactation Specialist. I provide compassionate, evidence-based support for growing families throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum journey.
Whether you’re preparing for your first baby, planning a VBAC, navigating a high-risk pregnancy, or adjusting to life with a newborn, you deserve to feel informed, confident, and truly supported. My role is to walk beside you — offering education, advocacy, comfort, and personalized care tailored to your unique story.
From prenatal visits and labor support to overnight postpartum care and lactation guidance, I am here to help you feel safe, heard, and empowered every step of the way.

Our Services
Birth Doula Consultation (Free) - Book
- During this meeting, we will talk about your goals, preferences, previous birth experiences, fears or concerns, desired support style, and the different ways doula care can be tailored to your family’s needs. This consultation is a judgment-free and supportive space where you can ask questions and determine whether we are the right fit for your birth team.
Lactation Support ($400) - Book
- Initial in-person consultation
- One follow-up appointment
- Brief follow-up support via text or email (within scope)
- One follow-up visit
Postpartum Daytime 5 Visits ($1000) - Book
- 5 visits of 4.5 hours each that includes light meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, dishes, and newborn care.
Placenta Encapsulation ($350) - Book
- Placenta encapsulation, basic placenta tincture preparation, 72-hour turnaround, with dosage and storage instructions.
