I’m Mari Rangel, a Full Spectrum Doula, Childbirth Educator, and Lactation Specialist devoted to helping families feel seen, supported, and confident throughout every stage of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

My passion for birth work began with my own journey into motherhood and the realization of how powerful support can be during life’s most transformative moments. I believe every family deserves compassionate care, unbiased information, and a safe space to make choices that feel right for them.

Through Safe With Me Doula Services, I provide education, emotional grounding, and hands-on guidance for families navigating pregnancy, labor, postpartum recovery, and infant feeding. Whether it’s preparing for birth, establishing breastfeeding, or adjusting to life with a new baby, I meet each family where they are — with empathy, patience, and respect.

As a Full Spectrum Doula, I honor all paths to parenthood and support every birthing person’s right to feel empowered, informed, and cared for. My goal is simple: to help you feel safe, heard, and confident as you welcome new life into the world.
